Tiffanie Brown earned a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley where she was a columnist for the campus’ pre-law magazine. She obtained her J.D. from UWLA School of Law, excelling in Trial Advocacy. She is licensed to practice in California as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also a chapter leader in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Tiffanie brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to the firm. With a dedicated focus on civil litigation, Tiffanie has represented a variety of businesses in their breach of contract claims, including a decade at one of American Express’ largest litigation law firms. Tiffanie’s unique professional journey took her behind the scenes for three years, where she worked as a director of national legal strategy and regulatory compliance for Bank of America. Missing the thrill of the courtroom, Tiffanie returned to commercial litigation at KJF and has expanded her practice to arbitrations, mediations, and cross-complaint defense. As senior counsel, she leads and mentors the associates through all stages of litigation while handling a majority of the firm’s depositions as well as complex cases involving voluminous discovery and extensive law & motion, resulting in successful summary judgments or trial verdicts.
Out of the office, Tiffanie enjoys going on adventures with her family, paddle boarding, watching football, and playing drums.
