Civil Litigation

Arbitration
Our firm is well-equipped to arbitrate a client’s contractual dispute in lieu of litigation. Our attorneys have represented clients in arbitrations conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and JAMS. Post-Judgment Enforcements
Our recovery services and expertise span a variety of post-judgment enforcement methods including, but not limited to, wage garnishments, bank levies, liens/foreclosures, keepers/till-taps, as well as opposing claims of exemption. We are also well versed in the domestication of foreign judgments and converting restitution orders into civil judgments.
Appeals
Our firm is well-versed in filing and responding to a broad spectrum of procedural and substantive appeals that arise in various stages of our underlying litigation, such as Anti-SLAPP Motions and Motions to Set Aside Default Judgments, with a proven record of success on both sides of the issue.
Bankruptcy
We provide comprehensive creditor representation in chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. We advocate vigorously for our creditor clients’ rights through the filing of proofs of claim, discharge objections, plan objections, as well as defend adversary proceedings and claims of preferential payments. We also evaluate potential secured collateral or liquidation options, and any potential post-bankruptcy litigation options.
