Michael Frischer earned a B.A. from California State University, Northridge, followed by a Master of Arts degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles before obtaining his J.D. from The University of La Verne. He is licensed to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
As a seasoned senior attorney with over thirty years’ experience as a civil litigation attorney, Michael brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to the firm. In his many years of practice, he has been involved in the representation of thousands of commercial clients ranging from small businesses to major corporations, including manufacturers, banking institutions, money lenders, finance companies, communication companies, insurance companies and logistics companies. Michael’s extensive civil litigation practice spans a variety of areas, including commercial litigation and breach of contract litigation and specializing in commercial creditor’s rights. As a seasoned negotiator, he is able to facilitate a resolution to a majority of the cases he is involved in.
Michael’s pro bono activities include several years as a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Pro-Tem, and volunteering as a Los Angeles Superior Court Settlement Officer and Los Angeles Superior Court Landlord-Tenant Settlement Officer.
