Litigation Attorneys and Senior Litigation Attorneys

We are seeking LitigationAttorneys and Senior Litigation Attorneys.

We have full-time on-site immediate positions located at our company headquarters in Sherman Oaks, CA.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
• Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
• Trial experience preferred
• Commercial/civil litigation experience preferred
• Skilled in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions
• Essential forms would be helpful
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus. detail oriented
• Candidates must be within commuting distance of Sherman Oaks

Compensation and Benefits package:

 The candidates must be within commuting distance of Sherman Oaks. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salary range of $100,000-$225,000/yr + no billable hour requirement.

Legal Assistant

Law Office of Kenneth J Freed is a premier litigation practice specializing in commercial debt litigation.

 We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys a casual team environment with an ability to work under pressure and the desire to contribute to the success of the team.

In this role, you will manage initial filings, pre-judgment writs, motions, discovery, trial prep and post-judgment collection. Knowledge of state court litigation filing, service and civil procedures, legal terminology, and ability to manage attorney calendars are a must.

This in-office position is for the individual that is detail oriented and has knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Adobe Acrobat, TimeMatters, and Essential Forms.  Knowledge of CollectOne a plus.
