George Aposhian earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine before obtaining his J.D. from Western State College of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in California for just over a decade.
As an up-and-coming attorney, with a diverse employment and education history, George brings diverse knowledge with a unique perspective in the practice of civil litigation. George began his career as general counsel for a manufacturing company where he spent the next five years gaining instrumental knowledge in a variety of fields. Looking to challenge himself, George shifted his focus to civil litigation by representing numerous creditors in their breach of contract claims, including over four years at one of Capital One’s largest litigation law firms in California. In his current role as associate counsel, he handles heavily litigated cases and through all stages of civil litigation from discovery, including depositions, through motions for summary judgment and trials.
Out of the office, George is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
